Finca Los Nogales is a family owned farm with three generations of history. The farm is located in the Apaneca mountain range of El Salvador.
It was one of the first coffee farms in the region to introduce specialty coffee into the plantation and since then has been committed to growing high quality each and every year. We have chosen a fantastic coffee from the El Capulin plot, which is planted with the Red Catuai varietal.
This stunning Black Honey processed coffee had beautiful stone fruit acidity and a thick buttery dark chocolate coating mouthfeel with a subtle rum and raisin finish.
