Description
Boquerón coffee, sourced from 250 smallholder farms in Guatemala’s Santa Rosa region, stands out thanks to its meticulous natural process.
Harvested at peak ripeness between December and February, all cherries are delivered in a single batch, sorted, and sun-dried on patios to 12% moisture.
The result is a delightfully bold and syrupy cup filled with layered flavours—think strawberry cream, tropical pineapple, plum jam, with undertones of toffee, cocoa, milk chocolate, and hints of clove or rum .
It features a full, creamy body and rounded acidity, finishing with notes of raisin, hazelnut, caramel, and roasted nuts—truly a rich and fruit-forward expression of Santa Rosa’s terroir.
Great in a filter or espresso.
